Digital issues unavailable

Started randomly last year with one digital issue delayed by a month, October ‘23 was delayed, November is still unavailable. ARE media acknowledged the problem but problem is not solved and they blame apps, magazine itself and it goes in circles.

Good App But I Have A Suggestion

Good Are Media App But Can You Make An App Called Marie Claire Lifestyle? It has some Marie Claire Content for homes and lifestyle!

As a subscriber it NEVER works

For a digital platform this is just terrible. Haven’t responded to emails or the feedback form. And can’t submit this review as all nicknames seem to be taken😂

Rip off

Haven’t been able to download my digital subscriptions for 3 weeks. Be nice to actually get get some service.
Don’t bother with digital and it’s all overseas call centre. I’m pretty annoyed, thanks for nothing

Don't bother!

This is the worst digital reading experience! I wish I had just bought the mag subscription to be delivered to my door.
1. Every time I go to read the mag I have to download it...again
2. Once I have downloaded it, I struggle to get back to the page I was on, because the app is buggy ad the pages don't download properly, I then have to keep shutting down the app over and over again to be able to read each page.
3. Once it has been downloaded...each page is blurry for about 15-45 seconds as I turn the page...you can't just flick through and look at the pictures.

Overall...the app is infuriating. Would not buy it again.

App has stopped working

I can no longer access my Marie Claire app.
When you tap on the first page it goes to A blank white page saying Directory and then switches off so you can't access the edition you have paid for. Not happy!!!!

Sloooooooow download

No problems with the magazine... Simply a digital version of print so would have been 3 stars... (I feel a magazine has to make more use of the opportunities in digitisation to earn more).

But downloading just takes too long! I just ran a speedtest on my connection and have 3mbps (not great but adequate) yet it took 15 minutes to download 1 page! Is there a problem with the server bandwidth at Pacific Magazines?

Like the interactive features of iPad version of the app. Don't like how the magazine is only viewable as a portrait screen and won't rotate. All the other magazines I subscribe to rotate when viewing. Please fix!!

Great app Almost like being in Harry potter land with moving photos etc.
I'd like to get the next month but it keeps opening last months. Help! I need my dose of MC

Love it, almost missed my stop!

Marie Claire I love your iPad version. Was not sure what to expect but it is so easy to use and love all the extras like Pink talking to you and the articles coming to life. Totally new experience. I was so engrossed in playing with everything that I nearly missed my train stop!
