Sensor Offset Issue
The app is easy to use and does exactly what it claims to do but suffers from one important issue, the sensor offset value changes whenever you switch pressure units in the settings.
If accuracy is important (it is for me) and you sometimes switch between units such as from mb to inHg, you will corrupt the offset that you often go to a lot of trouble to obtain.
Please correct this as it appears to be a simple math issue caused by the rounding of numbers when switching between pressure units, the offset should to be a static number just as it is in your free Marine Barometer app which does not seem to have the problem.
If corrected, I'll change my rating to five stars as the app otherwise works well, but after paying for the barograph I did expect it to function correctly.

Doesn’t update unless app is displayed
I read the reviews where the author say he fixed the update problem, well as of 03-18-25 the problem still exists and I have the most current IOS, also background refresh enabled, also location enabled. I would appreciate the author responding. Thanks.

Un vrai barographe pour un prix dérisoire
Appli très bien conçue. Un vrai barographe pour un prix dérisoire d’environ 18 € contre environ 1400 € pour un barographe instrumental ! Très grande précision, facile à ajuster. Fonctionne très bien en arrière-plan et consomme peu d’énergie. Utilise le capteur de pression. Graphiques au choix dont celui sur trois heures avec une mesure de variation sur trois heures. Un simple coup d’œil permet de mesurer la force des dépressions à venir. Par différence de pression, je mesure également les altitudes, très pratique, face a la montée des eaux…

Remplace un barographe traceur papier
Fonctionne très bien, il remplace mon ancien barographe naudet qui a rendu l’âme. Je le fais tourner sur un iPad, écran allumé en permanence, c’est super précis . Pour 17 euros je ne regrette absolument pas mon achat. Merci à ce développeur qui a fait un super travail. J’espère voir d’autres mises à jour .

Excellent app if only…
I use this in my boat all the time, it’s an absolute game changer. Does everything it says extremely well.
It’s only downside is the power draw required to keep it running. This would be easily reduced by not having to have the gps on. There is no reason to run the gps function other than presumably to get altitude, or if you want to use that data.
Once you have set the correct pressure (for a boat) then it’s not required. Making gps optional by being able to turn it off would save a lot on the power draw.
It would be a 5 star App at that point.

I find this app to be so useful and use it constantly. It’s a perfect barograph.
Does not track pressure in background.
At this price consider this a complete waste of money.

This app does not record when app is not open, as per Apple rules, according to the developer.
This app works great as long as you use an extra old iphone( back to 6 ) and plug it into external power.

This has been corrected in version 1.2, which now accumulates data when app is running but not showing.

Très très très cher pour ce que ça fait. Ne capte pas les pressions en arrière plan contrairement à d’autres baromètres. Dommage car le graphe est bien fait

Read the fine print, only records when showing. My wife’s pedometer seems to be able to record data without being “visible.” Don’t waste your money.
