Why don’t they all do this
So much easier to manage my boat with this app. If I need a service appointment, I can request one here or chat with the service advisor directly, no phone call necessary.

Thought I’d try the app to set up a detailing service for the season.
Set up sucked. Not intuitive or direct.
Service choice didn’t show what the website does.
After multiple attempts the app sent a blank order for no particular service.

Why don't they all do this?
Never have to call the desk to request service or find out if my boat is ready. Never have to call in with a credit card. This is the only way mananging my boat is possible when both of us work full time. Love the transparency, worth driving to buy from MarineMax for this.

Appreciate having my boat service records in one place and how easy it is to chat with the shop when I have questions. Makes placing orders and paying invoices a breeze. Love the digital forms for winterization and recommisioning as well. Awesome!
