Shipping is ridiculous
This app is awful! You have to charge or absorb insanely high shipping because they offer one option. There’s no customer service if you have a question. Very disappointed
Great idea, not great execution
I love the idea but the UX is just too difficult.l to use. There’s no way to filter your search results. When browsing a category, you can filter by brand but you can’t type in the brand you’re looking for. You just have to scroll through hundreds of options. And they’re not in alphabetical order! No way to filter by size or category for clothes either, which kind of defeats the purpose. I might try it again someday when they’ve worked out a lot of the issues.

Easy to use app!
It was super easy to use the app, and just as easy to purchase items. When I had an issue with my order, the Markid team was super responsive on the app.

Theres a lot of overpriced luxury baby items on here but nothing thats actually necessary.

Love that I can get great quality stuff for my baby and not feel guilty about spending too much money. And the ease of getting rid of the outgrown stuff is a godsend to my overflowing apartment!

I didn’t know what to do with all of my daughters gently used item until I found markid. I’ve been selling them on this app and it’s been so easy to use. Truly a seamless experience! Grateful there’s finally a community for parents to buy and sell items.
Amazing way to sell
This app is the perfect way to get into touch with parents looking for the children’s items I don’t need anymore. So easy to find top-notch baby items in great condition for such a discount. i definitely recommend if you’re looking to make room in your house from all the baby gear.

Fraudulent Money Stealing Company with No Customer Service
I bought a playpen off of this site. After two weeks of no changes to the tracking number I tried to reach out to the seller- no response. I reach out to the company... several times. They promise to get back to you within 24 hours- lies- no response. I have filed a claim with my bank to try and get my money back. This is a disgrace to marketplace platforms. I do not recommend you use this at all unless you like to throw your money far far away.

Only showing local pickup items in other states
It has my location... it knows I’m in a city in Texas... so why am I getting local pick up only items from Wisconsin and Arizona just to name a few?

Not ready for new markets
Put in my address in Chicago and filtered for “meet up” purchases and kept getting New York and California options. Deleted 5 minutes later.

This app only works in New York City, even if you want to ship. Odd. Doesn’t mention that anywhere in the App Store, would’ve saved me a ton of time but whatever.
