Terrible systems
I’ve used this credit union for nearly 30 years. They have the worst systems I’ve ever encountered. On a regularly basis this app fails and so does their web application. If you need to frequently check your account and manage your money, best pick a different local credit union. On more than one occasion I was being charged fees I was unable to even access my account online to view why. They do not have the customer in mind here.

I have to delete the app all the time. It will say error all of the time. It is the absolute worst. It never works. I just want to check my bank account.
