Constant Updates
The app works well enough, but nearly every time I go to use it, it wants to update. This causes delay. Please reduce the frequency of updates.
App doesn’t even work
Even after updating, this app just stays stuck on the loading screen. Absolutely worthless app. No idea how it has such a high rating.
Horrendous spending bucket experience
I can’t believe they still haven’t fixed the bucket functionality in the app. This is the entire reason I switched to Ally. Half the time it says the buckets can’t be loaded at all, my unbucketed balance doesn’t show on the Home Screen, and forget trying to move charges into the correct bucket (“System Unavailable” every time). Get it together, Ally, you’re an online bank! Your app should be top tier.
