26.16.0 is unusable for me
Can’t log in with Face ID and when I do log in, I see a bubble under every section saying “We’ve hit a snag…etc” Basically it says it cannot find my data but then shows some data. Biggest complaint though is when I try to make a payment, it says “Something went wrong…” and it brings me back to account summaries.

Broken can't use on iPhone 15 pro max
Unable to use your app it can't even login it loads then asked for me to re enroll in Face ID and register the device and loads a white screen or freezes mid prompts I am currently unable to pay or access any of my accounts as it's unable to function
App NEVER works
If ally bank owed me a dollar for every time I opened the app and couldn’t log in, couldn’t move money over without an error message, got the notification “cannot access your buckets right now”, and my money got moved around to assigned buckets because it wouldn’t let me assign that vendor to a reoccurring bill/bucket, I would have enough money that I wouldn’t have to closely monitor my bank account. GET IT TOGETHER ALLY BANK!

This is the best app ever. Money transfer are so easy i've never had a saving bank do that without a million questions. 10/10 will stay here forever

Update Broke log in
Every time Ally updates it seems to break the login. I can enter username and password but the login but stays greyed out so no way to press and log in. Have to go to the website to track accounts.

Transfers are slow and you cannot use any of your money till you get a debit card

Extremely easy to navigate
The Ally website is very easy to navigate. I am not the most tech savvy person around andI have never had a problem.
No fees
There no fees and they reimburse atm fees. Some options such as editing recurring transfers isn’t available on the mobile app, so sometimes you need to use the website.
One of the best online banking platforms
I love the Ally app. Never had an issue with logging in and banking online is super easy. Transfers and payments go through quickly and the buckets feature is helpful for managing different budgets. Wish Chase had something like that…
Slow
The app is always very slow to load all the features and functionality
Updates
New “update” every other day and the Face ID option can easily be cleared out when trying to login.
App errors
I always have delete and reinstall the app all over again, cause of the bugs and other app errors or messages it gives when the app is down. This is such an inconvenience. I’m not liking this
Unable to reach anyone for hours
I could not log into my account this morning or reach anyone by phone for hours. This is UNSAT. Call me ASAP
Can’t use app anymore
Latest update has destroyed ability to login with Face ID or password. Thanks Ally developers.
Trash app
New app disabled login - called to ask about solutions, after being on hold for 25 min was told its system maintenance and accounts are unavailable. First time in my life I am mad there was no notification or pop up from the onset.
