Bad updating
App does not track payments in real time. Takes forever for charges to populate then charges you late fees for their mistake of not updating their balayages you paid in a timely manner.
Mobile deposit
It’s a convenient feature when it works; however, there are times when making a deposit is difficult because the period isn’t available on the keyboard. For any field that requires a numerical amount, it would be helpful if the keyboard displayed only the number keys, including the decimal point, to make entering amounts easier.

My favorite credit card
I love Capital One absolutely love it. You have to do a secure credit card in which I did, which is pretty OK within the end of the year. I’ll probably go for the real deal that I wanted to be on my credit app and it gives you that opportunity to do that but you’re using your own money until you build it up and then you can apply to get a actual card still through them, but I love their checking or savings the credit card the whole Quebec Customer Service is great if you have any questions about anything I would suggest if they give you a credit limit of two or 300 and secured whatever you use payback immediately the full amount and I mean if you run into a little narrow and you only can do the minimum but it’s always good in your favor to pay back the full thing but I love it. Absolutely love it thanks, Capital One.

On line bank
I like the Capital One mobile app. I think it’s better than the other bank apps that I use.
