the latest update is terrible. ugly and hard to use. “created with users like you in mind” lol doubtful bc NO ONE asked for an update that changed the entire interface and look of the app. it is not simplified or easier. it is stupid and ugly. the app was just fine before. maybe we should focus on why the hell PNC charges me to move money from one account to the same account instead of focusing on horrible updates no one wanted & no one asked for. it’s now full of ads. pathetic update and horrible look on PNC corporate marketing team & dev team. yuck.

If I could give this less than one star, I would. They’ve made this impossible for the average user to not overdraw.
The bill pay is hidden, it no longer tallies the scheduled payments, the scheduled payments are hard to find, and most of the “features” on the main page for for you to sign up for more accounts.
If you’re elderly, not tech savvy, and not incredibly patient at navigating around, you’re better off using a paper ledger.
