New Update is Terrible
The app takes forever to open, constantly makes you enroll in FaceID over and over even if you’ve done it several times already. I wish they hadn’t changed anything.
Poor tech / bad bank takeover
The app isn’t working well. It thinks the field for amount in Zelle is looking for a password. And keeps forcing me out to another menu. After the terrible experience I had with switching accounts when you bought my bank, I’m done.
Upgrade
Compared to other competing banking institutions, this app is outdated and needs a fresh look and feel… as well as functionality…

Ridiculous issue when trying to send money via Zelle
When entering amount or comments in Zelle when trying to send money, at EVERY key stroke this ridiculous popup comes us asking if I allow pasting from the phone. This is the 2nd time I faced the issue. Please resolve it immediately.

I really truely wanted pnc to be my bank but the app is garbage it says new app coming which (looks nice) but wth it says new app but never gives me the update for two months now why say new app coming but now been two months and no update what a joke get it together like update the app for everyone I’m done with this at least wf dosent do this nonsense

Awful Bank!
This bank is terrible! We’ve had nothing but issues since our old bank , 1st Bank switched over to PNC. Don’t put your money here! We are withdrawing ours on Monday and leaving! 😡😡So sad 1st Bank sold out to them.

Why does Apple take my money?
Sometimes when I check my bank account I see a transaction I never made. That piss me off.
Misleading and limited information on auto loan
While the app helps with viewing your balance and making a payment, it is misleading. It shows full payments going to principal as interest is added by day. There is no way to see on the app how much interest you’re paying monthly with payments or annual interest paid so you need to login to through the browser version.

PNC < FirstBank
PNC is a joke. It is not possible to set up a recurring transfer >$1000 within two PNC accounts without mailing yourself a check or using a third party (Zelle). How does this bank exist?

Zelle insists on telling me every time I send money to my gardener that she is a brand new creditor, so I have been obeying the instructions to add her to my list. Your agent taught me to ignore these instructions, and now I can skip that step. Thank him!
Worst Banking App
This is the worst banking app I have ever used. Doesn’t load, when it does you cant click on anything. Nothing works! I deleted and added back still nothing!

The “pin account” feature doesn’t work. Every time you try and update it or make changes it just errors out when you try and save it.
This app also needs to add a widget for quick account balances. First Bank had one before the merger and it was awesome.
