Who thought it was a great idea to force people to upgrade their phones in order to have access to their banking app!! FIX IT PNC!! You are isolating people and that is not OK 👎

You just gave up on people with older phones. I can’t use the app. You should still support them.

Sending money has never been safer, easier or quicker than Zelle with PNC Bank. Love it!!
New update.
This new update has significantly slowed down the login process of this app. Please put back to the way it was.
Quickly Becoming Worse
PNC Bank used to be great. It has fallen behind other banks. The biggest fallout is their mobile app. They have made transactions with other banks really difficult through their third party Zelle. Very lame.

The change from First Bank to PNC has been frustrating, stressful, cumbersome and altogether unpleasant. Not a happy customer!
Convenient and Efficient
When you have cash events Zelle allows you to be cash ready without delay. It makes everyone happy.

This app lags
Every time I open this app it lags and it takes forever to load. I also have a capitol one account and that app works way faster to open and it doesn’t lag
Love the PNC mobile app
One of the most user-friendly money mobile app I have used.
The only thing I don’t like about it is the inability to modify auto care for credit card payments.
For some reason, Maen just stopped on its own, costing me late fees. I was told I have to go on the website and reset to auto pay. Would’ve been nice to be able to do it on the mobile app. Hope they fix it and figure out any bugs which I think led to my auto pay cancellation, because I sure did not do it.

System down
This morning, I tried to send payment to one of my business providers, and the system did not work and it did not give an explanation as to why my payment would not go. I called online banking, and there was no response this cause me to feel very insecure as the weather my payment was going or being transacted and I didn’t know and so I was sort of really wondering if multiple payments were going and I was not aware of it. I think your customer service was lacking in disrespect because later on this afternoon I was able to send payment to one of my providers. I hope this can be corrected in the future so that users can know if there is an issue with connectivity or it’s an issue with your online banking thank you and have a great weekend
