Data was not transferred
Originally PNC Bank saved my contact information for all of my Zelle recipients. Now, two months later all of those Zelle recipients have been deleted by PNC Bank. This will cause me a tremendous amount of time to track down the contact information for all of my Zelle recipients. I am very frustrated with PNC.

Banking with PNC
I love banking with PNC. They are so easy to get a hold of unlike other banks. Everyone you talk to is so nice and wants to help you in any way. And they do, they will take their time as long as it takes to make sure they leave you satisfied. I appreciate them. I would recommend PNC to anyone I know. In fact, I have and they have been a customer for a while now.

I like the menu on the left hand side with the person icon/settings. You should be able to do all maintenance from same area. The transfer options are on the bottom and it isn’t really intuitive. The old layout where most of it was together was better. I do like that it is easier to find security settings on the update however

whenever I try to sign into my account half of the time, it will just say service is temporarily unavailable and not even attempt to sign in.

Not needed banking app
Use Cash App or Chime much more cost effective banking apps. PNC has monthly fee they can hit you with if something happens to your direct deposit and the love their overdraft fees.
Online banking
Convenient, but annoying because you constantly ask for a review while I’m banking! Please just stop it!
Ugh.
Love your customer service, but your app is subpar due to maintenance issues.
