Horrible Update. Removed transfer limit tracker.
Old app clearly showed how many free transfers you had left per month before a fee would be charged. That tracker is now completely gone and there is 0 warning before you exceed your limit.

The new online update has been a challenging and it truly time consuming!!!🤔😳😡
New app user interface is cumbersome
Your previous app version was way better and much faster and easier to use. I now have to do 3 extra steps to make a transfer or do any action that I could have done perviously in 1 simple step. If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. Change for the sake of change isn’t always better.
Worst mobile app
This new mobile banking app is absolutely horrible it’s so annoying to navigate please go back to the old version. Or revise the new version. 0/10 for being user friendly.

Newest app update is trash
Been using the app for 15 years. This latest update is absolute garbage. Even PNC help tells me to go use the website to do things I used to be able to do in the app.
Update just OK
The new app looks and functions better I guess but now I’m forced to have a tab for loans visible every time I open the app. I do not have any open loans and haven’t in a year. Need a way to hide closed accounts.
Used to be better
Not a fan of the recent update. I cannot do all the things I was able to do in the past version. For example, you can no longer set up travel notifications in the app.
Pnc update sucks
App is confusing to navigate and sends you in circles. Information is hidden, balances like remaining statement balance and debt balance after transactions is gone. App is unfriendly.
2026 refreshed app
I wanted to share some positive feedback about the redesigned PNC Mobile app released this year. I’ve been really impressed with the refresh. The app feels much more modern, polished, and intuitive, and I find it noticeably easier and more enjoyable to use than the previous version.
I know people are often quick to reach out when they don’t like a change, so I specifically wanted to take the time to say that I think the redesign is a big improvement. Please pass my feedback along to the team responsible for the mobile app and its redesign—they did a great job!

Zelle
I would like to use Zelle on my computer, it feels safer than my phone.
New update
This new update is brutal. The app was perfectly fine until now. It’s so unbelievably slow and laggy.
Bad Upgrade
I didn’t see any need for this. Everything worked in the past, but doesn’t now. I bet you lose quite a lot of new users as there are now better apps out there.
Inconsistent
Not as smooth as the first bank app. Constantly loses my password and turns off my Face ID. It’s extremely inconvenient. You have to push so many more “buttons” to get to simple things. Moving money is not as easy with PNC. It does not feel safe to bank with them. Kind of frustrating I miss the ease, consistency and appearance of the first bank app.

New Update
Please bring back the old UI. The new UI is incredibly difficult to navigate. Finding sections like my credit card payments and specific cards is infuriating.
Update Horrible!
They updated the app making it more difficult to navigate, burying items under layers. Took a lot of of frustration to find Zelle. This is why my PNC VISA has a zero balance. Do better!
Looks Better, Works Worse
The new update definitely looks nicer, but the functionality has gotten worse. Since the update, I have to keep signing back into Zelle instead of being able to access it normally through the app. It’s frustrating having to repeatedly log in just to use a feature I use regularly. The redesign is nice, but functionality and convenience should come first. Please fix the Zelle integration.

Clunky app
In a lot of the fields it won’t let my type anything or let my use the chat feature. It just keeps reloading
Something changed and it’s broken
If I go to past activity on my credit card and tap on a charge, when I go back it takes me to present activity. I’m trying to verify charges from a month or two ago, and it keeps kicking me back so I have to keep reselecting the date I want.
