Won't work on iPad

I log in fine on my iPhone but on my iPad keeps saying username OR password incorrect (wont tell you which one-also annoying). I am using the same one that works on the iPhone...the correct one!!! This should work on both.

New customer, set up account online, downloaded the app, does not work!!! Does not recognize user or password! Fix!!!

Should not have been released!

You cannot log in!
The keyboard covers the password box so you can't see that even though my iPad clicks the letters, it is not actually typing them!
So...I tried one letter at a time, each time lowering the keyboard and still can't get a password on there!
This app is not ready for use!
