Worse customer service ever
I have been paying my ally auto loan for 2 years now i thought they were great! BUT !!! When i applied foe the credit card they gave me a huge credit line..! And thats where all my problems started! They tried merging my 2 accounts together which thats not what i wanted! But they forced it on me! Had conflicting log ons and right before my due date they shut me out! The loan customer service ! Which from India straight out told me they couldnt help me! Due to conflicting accounts so i closed my credit card which they did not care! So i didnt! But the credit card company tried their best to keep me but i was all ready over it! Fawk this company ..! Hopefully you dont have to deal with this drama!!!

Monthly Run-Around
It takes major frustration for me to write a bad review, but this is a monthly occurrence and it’s become infuriating. I also posted this review for the other Ally App.
I use the Ally app or website every month to make our car payment. Every month, it says my log-in information is invalid, so I have to reset the password. It usually takes at least three attempts before that works. I’ve even tried to do it on three different devices. This time, it locked me out. As a last, last resort - because calling any company’s customer service team is a waste of time - I called Ally CS and got a temporary password. Got the “invalid” message after typing in THAT one. I called the customer service line again, and was finally able to complete a payment. It took 90 minutes to submit one payment, and by that time, the cut-off time had passed. It’s Friday, so the payment is scheduled for Monday, the day after the due date. We have never been late with a car payment, and this isn’t even our fault. There’s no excuse for this. Fix your stuff, Ally.

ally auto monthly payments
I, like all of you, hate submitting a car payment every month. however, this is my first year making a monthly payment on a car and Ally Auto makes it very very easy. I’m not someone who is good with technology by any means but the process is very simple. you log in, it shows you all the cars listed under your name and when the payments are due. it also shows you how much left you have to pay until the car is paid off. you can link it directly to your checking OR savings account so you don’t have to add any card information, log in yourself every month to pay it, or set up an instant payment! i usually have a very hard time adapting to a new system/app and figuring out how to use it, but after the first time on ally auto i was set! i recommend!

Good app needs work still not acknowledged/fixed
Change was made on my account and i am locked out of this app, im thinking its due to switching to "ally" and "ally auto".
Been having this ongoing issue for the 2 years ive been with ally auto that support cannot be reached, messages disappear, delete or are completely out of order between the last message and the first message sent 2 years ago. Reached out has never been fixed(in app messages, there is no external email support)is on my mobile, happens on my desktop also "We can't complete your request right now. Try again later, or contact us for help."
this gives a link and puts through a looped doing the same thing, leaving my only option to sit on the phone and wait for assistance, (obviously requires to do on open and available hours rather than the messages that they can get back to whenever).The app interface is generally pretty good and easy to maneuver but it is down every time i try to use it making that irrelevant. Support is a HUGE thing that needs to be maintained properly.
