Where is Customer Service for a credit card company ever!

Try to make a payment online the app was not working. It was under construction or something took a screenshot as a result. I was late and I get hit with $40 late fee. I called Customer Service. I explained to them what’s going on. I wanna provide them with a screenshot requested to talk to a manager they were ready to shut me down and tell me if we don’t have a manager available. What kind of company running business without manager? I love the credit card, but I’m really disappointed. I locked my card not gonna use it again. Once it paid off, I’m done.

App is not working

Just got the credit card app and it worked well on the first day to set up but the next day it stopped working. I can’t open the app… it’s just in loading mode.
