When attempting to enter a custom amt to pay there is NO WAY to progress to the next screen. It's either use their amt or what..send a check?
Fraud and scam company
They charged $49 as annual membership without my consent. I had enrolled in paperless statement and did not receive an email or app consent about the charges. I would recommend people to stay away from such scamsters.

They do not help you in any way if you have problems making a payment, most people choose to ask for help if they are struggling to pay their bill 💳 they will not help unless you purposely pay less than your minimum amount due or you just don’t pay your bill for a month and so another words to get any kind of help, you have to make your account go delinquent or late or just not make a payment..

Why would you send me an application already accepted? I filled it out. Sent it back in. Waited patiently. Came in the mail but must be a fraud because the dang thing doesn’t work.
This is why I give it one star you should never send people stuff that says they’ve been accepted and then you can’t use, that’s BS. Go somewhere else and make a name for yourself.

It’s a good app from what I can see. The only thing that annoys me is having to have a text sent to your phone every single time you try to log in. Why? Face ID is a thing and should be good enough to allow you to log in without a code every time.
No proactive theft prevention
None of the features work except bill pay. I can’t lock my card to prevent it being used. Can’t change the pin, nothing. Had the feature and now it no longer works. I have other cards and this feature has never not worked so why can’t you do the same? So if you need security or options to be proactive with your card you won’t have them here.
