No grace period
have always paid my credit card bill on time and have never had a late payment.
Unfortunately, when I found myself needing a short grace period for one payment, this company refused to work with me.
I understand that companies have policies, but customer loyalty and a strong payment history should count for something. Instead of showing flexibility for a customer with an excellent track record, they chose to enforce the policy without any consideration of my history.
If you're looking for a credit card company that values long-term, responsible customers and is willing to provide reasonable accommodations when unexpected situations arise, this may not be the right choice. My experience left me feeling that on-time payments meant very little when I needed a small amount of understanding•

Thankful to work with such a great bank
I respect your company & though at 1st I was learning I was not into building credit before but now that I am & have been learning. I really hope to grow my credit with you & reopen my gallery. I am grateful for the respect or such a great bank.

Takes too long to take out payment. And they have no number for you to contact them.
Worse card ever
This card starts a a “credit building card” it should be a fee building card, with my 300.00 limit, I have already been charged almost 200.00 in fees in six months, crazy right?? I locked it will not use and will be paying it off, it only hurts your credit, the fees start with the “trial credit protection” then bam hit you with the fee, it takes forever to talk to someone to cancel it you are transferred numerous times, and then it’s “oh well cancelled but the money you already paid is still ours” do not build your credit with this card it’s awful, the low limit hurts your credit, they know this, then the rate hurts it more, unless you get it and do not use it, but the fees are the downfall
