Credit card disappointment

I’ve had this account for over a year and I’ve been charged again again and I never received a credit card And I’ve tried to change the address and it won’t let you change your address so basically once you get in can you regardless and you never stick credit card so it was a big strike on Avant I do not recommend for no one please way all that discharge your money and you never see the Credit
