Horrible card!!!
Fee Notice
I was very disappointed when the annual fee was processed and wasn’t aware of it. It would be nice to get a notice a week or so in advice that the annual fee is occurring and to make sure there will be enough funds on the card to cover it/process it. Now, my credit line has a negative impact.
I guess they allow fraud
Just spent an hour on the phone with fraud about a charge that was not me, and it being the second time, got my card locked and a new one sent.
Only to logon a couple days later and see that they allow that charge to go ahead and go through and haven’t done anything about it. So, they’re gonna make me pay for this fraudulent charge and they’re gonna do nothing about it?
I’ve heard nothing back nobody’s called me back from fraud and the charge is now posted to my card for me pay; they’re doing nothing about the fraud on my account. Nice.👍🏼

First time calling!
Very rude and not pleasant to talk with! Will no longer deal with this type of customer service. Only going to deal with paper mailed invoices. Will no longer trust or use your online service due to very bad customer service personnel!
Went over 13.00 score dropped 56 points
This card here i pay on time because their fees went over my credit this company reported it in cost me56 points off my credit score this is terrible not good warning people now who have this card be careful do not go over ur limit be the next victim of their nonsense because of fees it went over.

Constantly denies charges
Call and they say charge it’s just precautions then they reset And still can’t charge. A joke
Helped me in the 11th hour
They were very straightforward and did everything they said they would do. I borrowed $5K and paid off the 3 year loan in 1 year. It’s just a shame because I reapplied and was declined due to having a lower FICA Score at that moment. I would definitely consider doing business with them again though.

Love how easy you make it
This is the best app for paying, updating evaluation and all things that I have not mentioned here. Others should take notice. AVANT is the first bill I look to pay.

How do I use the damn card?
I got approved activated the virtual card… but can’t view the card number info, can’t seem to add it to my Apple wallet, let this is a joke.
