No refund, no response
I gave 3 stars because this format does seem to help some couples. I was skeptical of how helpful this app would be but decided to try it based on their money back guarantee. The only way to use the app was to purchase a $50 lifetime access. I went ahead with it because they stated clearly that there was a 100% money back guarantee. What did I have to lose? The answer is $50. It took me less than 30min to decide that this app wasn’t working for me. I have emailed multiple times with no response. There is no way to cancel or request a refund on the app. I’m very frustrated and disappointed.
