First time trying this due to feeling like I was drowning in my marriage in desperately needing guidance in helping me to hopefully help my husband realize not communicating and allowing me to express my feelings without fear of judgment and also for me to know what areas I can improve and not add to the breakdown of our marriage because we in fact do love each other but were raised being taught and shown how to love and express love in very different ways but that we can still found our way.

Issues from start no refund
I was so excited about this app but unfortunately I never truly got to experience it. I bought a subscription and never got to use it nor was I refunded. I reached out to the company and they never were able to resolve the issue. My husband could not connect to my partner ID. He tried deleting and making a new account but there’s no way to do that. Even after he deleted it from his phone and it claimed all data will be lost still nothing. I tried to dispute the payment with Apple and they refused. I tried asking the company to get those days reimbursed they just continued to assist to fix the issue. However that doesn’t equate to the entire month I paid for nor was the issue fixed. They asked for proof of Apple not refunding me but never heard back unfortunately. I would have loved to had experienced this app.

Pretty Darn Good
From someone who has a degree in psychology, this app is pretty effective in the areas of digging a little deeper from a perspective of “Why”. This reveals a lot about how you feel and gently guides you in to areas that you would not have reached before reaching a point of defending, or reacting. This could be a very useful tool.

App issues/no help from support
I downloaded the app a few days ago and added my husband but when he was answering his questions it wouldn’t let him move on from one of the questions. So he exited out of the app and restarted it and the app then started him from the beginning and when he tried to log back in with the code it wouldn’t not let him. He emailed support and so did I and they still have not gotten back to us. I wanted to like the app but couldn’t really get anywhere and so far support has been no help.
Update: it’s now the 24th and still no response or help from support I will be deleting the app today.

Surprisingly Really Good!
I didn’t know what to expect from this app. I have been in therapy personally for over a year trying to become more healthy and improve my relationship with my spouse. This has become a great tool for me to stay mindful between my biweekly sessions with my therapist.
