About

Marrow is signal first coaching infrastructure. One coach. The perception range of twenty. FOR ATHLETES Your coach in your pocket. Your assigned program lives on your phone and progresses week to week. Today's session sits up front with one tap into logging. Your wearable readiness feeds the next session: Marrow reads Apple Health, Whoop, Oura, and Garmin for heart rate, HRV, sleep, and recovery, and your coach calibrates training from how your week actually went. Body composition scans and scan to check in keep your in person training connected. Log progress photos, track streaks and PRs, and message your coach, all inside one calm app. BODY, MIND, AND SPIRIT Marrow is multi modality by design. Strength and conditioning, yoga and Pilates, mobility, dance, martial arts, plus meditation and breathwork as a first class pillar. One profile can hold more than one coach: a head coach alongside a nutritionist, a mobility specialist, or a meditation teacher, all in the same place. FOR COACHES AND INSTRUCTORS The app is your express layer for the day: today's sessions, booking requests, an earnings snapshot, and scheduling a class from your phone. The full console for roster, program building, paid templates, seminars, class packages, tipping, and payouts lives in your Marrow account on the web. Strength coaches, yoga and Pilates instructors, mobility coaches, conditioning coaches, dance and martial arts coaches, and meditation teachers are all first class. WHAT YOU GET Real coaching, not bots. Your coach assigns the program and replies to your messages. Marrow handles the infrastructure. Wearable signal your coach actually uses. Apple Health, Whoop, Oura, and Garmin turned into a recovery picture. Session programs that progress with you. Weeks, days, exercises, sets, rest timers, sub exercise pickers. Live classes with your coach, browsed and booked in a tap. A tip is always optional, never required. A community and network feed so the people you train with stay connected. Built with care for everyone who shows up. Plain language, calm interface, accessible labels throughout. Marrow does not score your form with AI. Your coach drives every annotation. Marrow does not write prescriptive meal plans. Marrow uses macro ranges and food principles. You eat what you want, inside the ranges. The deepest layer of strength.

What's New in Marrow Coaching

1.28.1

September 16, 2026

Marrow 1.28.1 brings the new look to the screens you use most, in light mode and dark, and the screens you use mid session have been rebuilt so nothing moves under your thumb. What is new Light mode. Follow your phone or pick one in Settings. Training, nutrition, the coach console and the live screens all repaint, including the ones a coach opens with a client standing next to them. The live screens. Logging a session, running a circuit and training with your coach in the room all sit on the same instrument. The pause button, the done check and the clock stay exactly where you left them when a movement name changes or a rest ends. Circuits. A long movement name no longer pushes the pause button down the screen when the runner moves to the next station. Onboarding. The about you screen has been rebuilt so the waiver reads in full on the screen, at any text size. Nutrition. Meal plan, principles, health signals, the questionnaire, form check and food scan all take the new look. Quick Generate can build two or six meals a day, plans can run past seven days, and declared allergies are now saved to your record. For coaches. Every edit to a client profile keeps what was there before, and you can put it back with one tap. Complimentary sessions can be started for a prospect you saved earlier. When something goes wrong on the live screen, the message tells you what to do next, not just that it happened. Fixed a rest chime that could play minutes late after switching apps, a screen dimmer that went almost clear in light mode, and a connection chip that stayed red after the channel came back. Plus a long list of smaller corrections to labels, colours and controls throughout the app.
