The phone can see bluetooth but the app cannot. Simply does not work at all

Mars Pro
This is the wrong app; download “Mars Pro”. The app works amazing!
I originally downloaded “Mars Hydro” ans was so frustrated I almost returned the light and never looked at mars again; then I read over the light instructions and thats where I saw the name of the app. I wish Mars would delete this to lessen the confusion because the Mars Pro app works great I have no complaints. Hope this helps; take care and read instructions; I know I will start doing that first lol.

Are you guys going to address the data breach on your servers, what a scam of a company.
Poor app
Badly developed and maintained. Very disappointing. If you’re looking for automation don’t buy mars hydro. I’m sure someone makes an app that works as advertised. Set up your game Mars Hydro, you are failing your customers.

Dans l’ensemble, cela reste très bon rapport qualité prix au vu de la concurrence.
Je pense qu’il faut laisser le temps à Mars Hydro de développer l’application d’ajouter des fonctionnalités et de peaufiner ce qui existe déjà. j’espère sincèrement qu’il continueront de la développer.
N’oublions pas que Rome ne s’est pas fait un jour.

Selbst ein Stern ist zu viel
Ja, es ist schön, dass man den Lüfter steuern kann. Das funktioniert soweit auch. Aber alles andere der App ist ein Witz. Allein die Übersetzung der App ist schon gruselig. Dann die gelieferten Werte zu Temperatur und Luftfeuchtigkeit. Ja, die Stimmen soweit (wenn sie denn mal angezeigt werden), aber ab und an „verschluckt“ sich die App und die Luftfeuchtigkeit steht auf einem extrem unrealistischen Fantasiewert. Das zeigt die nicht für lange an, aber es kann zu Verwirrung führen. Auch das einrichten einer Strategie ist ein Witz. Hier ist die Übersetzung besonders schlecht. Denke ich werde das bald wieder verkaufen und einen anderen, hochwertigeren Hersteller testen. Der Hersteller liefert günstige Ware, aber auch da erwarte ich, dass sie so funktioniert wie sie es sollte. Kann davon nur abraten.

Sehr schlechte App-Software
Die App ist eine Vollkatastrophe. Davon abgesehen, dass die Lampensteuerung bis auf die „normale An- Aus Funktion“ (einer normalen Zeitschaltuhr) gar nicht funktioniert, ist heute mein komplettes Setup und mein Account rausgeflogen. Ich bin unterwegs und der Lüfter sowie das Licht sind jetzt aus und müssen vor Ort komplett neu eingerichtet werden.
Mann kann sich leider nicht auf das System verlassen. Für mich war das definitiv das erste und letzte Mal „Marshydro“

Terrible as the customer service
the application is terrible and obsolete. It is impossible to connect to Wi-Fi so it is useless and the Customer Service is even worse, I have been contacting them for two weeks but no one responds and for what these products cost I would have expected more than the absolute zero they give.
Übersetzung katastrophal
Ich mag die Idee, mit der App dem Lüfter Regeln setzen zu können. Mit der aktuellen Übersetzung ist die App für mich aber komplett unbrauchbar, da man überhaupt nicht verstehen kann, was man da eigentlich einstellt.

The timer setting did not work. Groups and scenes did not work. Sunset mode is not working. The only thing this app can do is regulating the light intensity. They seriously need to fix everything, paying almost 100$ for a controller that does nothing. I know where not spend my money from now on. Back to mechanical timer.
