GSS support
I really love my Spider-Farmer setup. In addition their after sales support team is fantastic. I had an issue with my GSS module not functioning as it should with my lights and after a few emails I received a solution that solved my issue. This solution was provided as a written response as well as a small video showing exactly how to wire it all up and showing their outcome and what mine should be. Once again the Spider-Farmer after sales support team is fantastic and very responsive. I truly appreciate all their help.

Can’t log in
The keypad sits over the submit button and won’t go away so it’s impossible to submit therefore, you can’t login
Push notifications
Honestly been extremely disappointed with the spider farmer ecosystem. First my humidity sensor randomly stops working which stops my humidifier from running and the ability to check my levels. But the most disappointing part is the app does not push notifications to your Iphone. Whats the point of the alarms if I have to have my app open to get them. I suggest having secondary sensors in your grow tents if you value your plants.
