GSS support
I really love my Spider-Farmer setup. In addition their after sales support team is fantastic. I had an issue with my GSS module not functioning as it should with my lights and after a few emails I received a solution that solved my issue. This solution was provided as a written response as well as a small video showing exactly how to wire it all up and showing their outcome and what mine should be. Once again the Spider-Farmer after sales support team is fantastic and very responsive. I truly appreciate all their help.

Can’t log in
The keypad sits over the submit button and won’t go away so it’s impossible to submit therefore, you can’t login
Push notifications
Honestly been extremely disappointed with the spider farmer ecosystem. First my humidity sensor randomly stops working which stops my humidifier from running and the ability to check my levels. But the most disappointing part is the app does not push notifications to your Iphone. Whats the point of the alarms if I have to have my app open to get them. I suggest having secondary sensors in your grow tents if you value your plants.

Works perfectly

Works but could be better
The equipment that this app services is great. Unfortunately, the app itself is very basic, like something from 20 years ago. The environment control feature can be set to target temperature and or humidity, but not VPD, which would be quite simple to include. The displays showing historical environment data are difficult to read, and do not include an ability to zoom in. The user interface is clunky and unpolished. Overall it seems the software developers did the absolute bare minimum to achieve functionality.

Control with ease
Works perfectly, I have owned and used this for over a year now and have had zero issues. Ignore the negative feedback. I can only assume user error in those cases. This is a must have in my opinion. Thanks SF
Very nice quality products
I love the automated system, but needs a little work on not wasting water on the humidifier because the humidifier in the inline fan is always fighting, which makes you have to buy more water,another thing is A few year ago when I first started with the GGS set up I had the parameters on that sheet in the app I’m not sure what it’s called but it tells you what your temperature humidity and VPD was at on certain times of days weeks to months, I love this feature but recently it stopped working for me and hasn’t showed up the parameters of environmental times I’m not sure how to fix it, I hope it can be fixed because this is my favorite feature in the app other than all the automation of your tent from your phone. I would recommend their products for sure for a home grower looking to grow great medicine.

CGS APP you can fully automate your tent. AC10 power strip is a must as it allows you to at least control a time cycle on any other competitor brand electronics. Spider farmer 5L Humidifier runs for 3-5 days sometimes 7+ if it’s in a later stage.
Lowest maintenance and Labour out of any grow I’ve taken care of.
