Zombie app

They stopped developing this app in March. Still taking on new subscribers yet SMS is broken and it’s no longer being invested in.
It was great while it lasted. Find another tool to use. This one won’t be around for much longer.

Robbed me blind

The idea of this app is amazing. I had it a while back, and used the free trial with great success but didn’t pay. Now, maybe a year later I decided to go all in with the $50 membership. Only to discover that none of the features work. It won’t call people to set appointments, I can’t text the service, it won’t let me connect my inbox to manage emails. Pretty much every benefit of going pro doesn’t work. Customer support takes forever apparently to reply. They said they know of the issue with SMS and it will get fixed at some point. Maybe post something about that in the pro listing? It seems like a scam and the App Store denied my refund twice. So I’m out $50 for an app that doesn’t work. Will just dispute at my bank with screenshots of errors.

Fantastic App Potential but Many Many Problems and Lacking Support

I have always loved the concept of this app —Martin can call you text you call and text others on your behalf email you email others take part in collaborative teams emails manage your calendar send you reminders and to dos…..For some reason I have had MULTIPLE problems with the app this year—— I could not sign in even though my credentials were correct. I had to wait weeks for help. Then from the beginning , Martin couldn’t call or text others. I waited for a month in a half for that to be resolved. For some reason, for some days he could not access the Internet and now the latest …he cannot text or receive my texts and I use texts to have him schedule jobs for me and to send me reminders ….very disappointing. I pay $50 a month for this app. It says Support will be in 48 hrs when you create a ticket . I think because I have had so many problems and have had to write them so many times and extra times because support would rarely or never respond that they actually are ignoring me. I also think they must be investing much more time effort and resources to grow the app (they had tons of job openings I saw) but their support sees extremely limited and under promises. I am very disappointed and probably end up unsubscribing even tho h this is my favorite app of all my chatbot apps. It’s also the most expensive. Please improve your Support for the app and fulfill your promises. People are paying a lot and already have enough stress in life with it having to worry if anyone is going to get back with them. Lastly one time I told them leaving a negative review seemed to be my only option after multiple attempts to finally resolve an ongoing problem and then people wrote me immediately. Now I’m leaving it because I’ve been through a lot with but is app and no one ever offered a free month or anything for my trouble and when I could not even use the app and was paying for it and they are not even responding now. Very sad. I think the owner means well, he seems kind when he does respond but their responses are very rare …. Support needs vast improvement . Sorry Martin.

Nothing but issues

I haven’t had this app for 5 minutes and I can’t do anything. It errored out 3 times trying to create my account. Won’t accept icloud app specific password (yes I followed the instructions 3 separate times). Displays error when I try to add gmail calendar. I give up. There’s other apps, or I’ll do it myself rather than waste time with this stressful garbage.

Big let down

After a trial an annual subscription auto renewed and I missed by a day. No refund policy and it’s unusable because the automating is not working as planned and has sent some confusing calendar emails invites to clients on my behalf as well as an extreme amount of label.

can’t login through any means

i feel rejected on a personal level

Not working

Can't connect my calender, can't even click to subscribe and pay y'all... It's not working at all

Scary

I used this for work and social life to try to manage everything. At first I liked it but then I experience some big issues. It ignored instructions, it created calendar events without permission. It created calendar events that were in reply to company wide meetings. I had to delete as it was just out of control despite my attempts to put in guard rails. Be very wary if you are using this in work.

Too early

Too glitchy. Not connecting easily. And not that helpful, what did work. Maybe after it develops.

Great support

Had some issues early on, but the support team did a great job digging into the issue and getting things working again.

Keeps doing this

Has a real problem with starting new conversations and not continuing the conversations

Crashes constantly, does not work half the time

I was really hopeful when I found out that this can automatically input dates into my Google calendar instead of me having to go through and add them manually which takes so much time. Unfortunately, the one thing that it’s meant to do is too much of a difficult task. I will send it some due dates for my school schedule and Martin will crash and then I have to resend it again. As of now, it still has not added my school schedule and all of the time that I have spent trying to get it to work rewriting it I could’ve just used in putting everything manually anyway. For something that cost over $40 a month you would think it would work effectively and at least do the bare minimum. It was a great idea, but horrible execution.

Shows promise but needs lots of work

The idea is great and its good! But a lot of features need to be fixed. For example i used the pro plan in free trial mode to send emails. It drafts an email pretty good then it asks if it’s okay. If you say literally anything, it doesn’t recognize that you were talking about the email, it just starts a new conversation and forgets that it just drafted an email.

Good app not great

For the cost of this app. Monthly subscription for the pro it baffles me that it can’t do location based reminders. Heck for the cost of this app it should be able to outperform a true personal assistant!

Has potential but lots of bugs

I really like the idea of this app, but there are many bugs. I have integrated my calendar my email and other apps but when referencing those apps via the app, I’m told the integrations are not active. Also, I’m looking for a bit more automation than what this app comes with. Additionally, the cost is too high.

It doesn’t work

after I downloaded the app it won’t recognize none of my logins to get into either iCloud or Google have you tried to send an email to login that way it still won’t accept it
The good part is it made me choose an AI easier this is not the one

Amazing assistant

This is actually a very good and useful app very clean and simple to use. I love the concept and how it works. I think it should be connected to more applications and then one thing I would approve about this is a better speech recognition.

Buggy experience

Buggy and unusable features. Feels very much like an early beta if not an alpha release. Nowhere near ready as a functional day to day app. I was most excited about the ai calling feature however this doesn't work well at all and is not something you can rely on. Often throws errors and fails to work as expected. Was more than willing to pay the subscription but after trialing it I can't say it's worth paying for, it's not even worth using for free right now. Such a shame as I can see this has huge potential.

No customer service

I can’t get through to customer service.

Nothing comes close

I’ve tried every ai assistant on the market. Not a single one of them comes close to Martin. I hope the Notion integration comes soon. That will a game changer!
