Never Opens
Every time I tap for coupons it never loads. Can never use or save any coupons. In store won’t reference my
phone number despite it being on my profile so every time I have to scan my old rewards card manually. Why have an app? It doesn’t work.

App doesn’t work
The app won’t recognize my password and when I try to reset the password I never receive the email with instructions. I can’t navigate at all because I have to be signed in.

Constant re-log in!
I have been really unhappy with the version update where we lost scanning capability, but this latest update might be the worst. Every time I open the app, I have to login, again. And it is not communicating with my login that is saved on my phone, so I have to enter my email address manually every time. this happens even when I open the app on the same day, incredibly annoying—please fix this. And it would be great if you brought back SKU code scanning. Thanks

Frustrated Customer
Beyond frustrated. I’ve been trying to sign up through the app as there are only special discounts that you can get through that avenue. I’ve tried every way to sign up and I keep getting an error message. So basically I can’t get the good sales because the app is unable to allow me to create an account. This is why I stopped shopping at Martins. PS: I had to give it one star to submit this review - if I could have I would’ve kept it at zero.
