Not useful app
I tried multiple times to use it but not able to use. As I got some errors while using and also not able to check any cars for buy, the error is connectivity error. If your tech or developer team is not capable to clear the bugs then you should remove the app facility for customer. You know what you are not providing facility to customers but you are just harassing the customers that they will trying again and again for open the app.
I suggest everybody to use other platforms that will be easy then this.

Issues while signing in.
I've been trying to sign in for the last 3 days, but I don’t know why the app won't let me. The screen is stuck on the T&C page. And the app opening animation is so laggy that I first thought my phone was lagging.

Don’t buy any cars from here. At the time of purchase, they told me the vehicle goes through multiple checks, but they never disclosed the full history. The car I bought turned out to be accidental, and when I tried to renew insurance, it was declined due to the worst claim history. This shows they are not transparent with customers.
Most of the cars are also overpriced. If you face any issue after purchase, they simply ask you to go to the service centre, but you will never get proper satisfaction or support from them.
If we are spending such a big amount, it should be worth it. In my experience, it is better to go for a new car rather than trusting Maruti True Value. Please be aware before making a purchase.

Bullying customers by showing lower prices
Most of the cars with Competitive pricing are just to attract customers to showroom and not available actually. Be aware when you see lower price than market.
