Another company using the US Patriot Act as a catalyst for stealing identities. When you apply, at the end they ask for your ID. Then they don’t approve you. This seems to be a growing MO for a lot of banks. They don’t tell you why either. DONT APPLY HERE. Be wary of any institution that asks for ID during the “ review”. It’s trash, and with the number of ID thefts growing per year, you’ve got to protect yourself. STAY AWAY!!

Unreliable and Unresponsive
They don’t seem very interested in fixing easily resolvable issues brought to their attention, nor can you trust that anything they assure you is accurate, from my experience. There are plenty of and far better digital banking options out there. I plan on closing my account.

So far, I love it! Signing up was a breeze; the app is easy to use, elegantly designed, and the card (also attractively designed) arrived in just a couple days. Zero complaints thus far. Has all the features you'd expect and want in a digital banking account. Highly recommended. 👍

I’ve been waiting for this for a hot minute and was able to sign up and everything is Gucci! Only thing they should probably change is every time you log on it seems you have to put in your phone number to receive a code and enter your four digit pin, I get it security but entering in the phone number almost every time is annoying
