App don’t work, won’t contact support
This app is has not downloaded since February issue. Link isn’t working to contact support for resolution. There isn’t an app update that could possibly fix this issue. The subscription is suppose to renew on the 7th of September but won’t be renewing. If I could there were 0 stars option. This app would be a 0 rating!

No issues no response from support
Unable to access my issues no response from support. Have they gone out of business? Canceled my subscription. I have been a long time subscriber.
No support - lose whole library
I love the magazine ... have been enjoying the app for 7 years ... recently haven’t received issues ... contacted support with no response ... now have been locked out of app ... can’t reset password ... have lost 7 years of paid issues ... paid up thru next July with no access or refund

I have an online subscription to Mary Jane’s Farm. I saw in my sister issue that the June/July issue hit newsstands on May 5. The issue isn’t available online yet.
Last year, the June/July issue never became available online. I tried working with Mary Jane’s Farm and iTunes, and both told me it was the other party’s issue. I never did get what I paid for. I can’t imagine I’m the only one
I love the magazine and belonging to the sisterhood. Not receiving the issues I pay for isn’t acceptable, though. That’s a deal-breaker for me.
The recommendation to update the app and restore purchases is completely bogus, since it’s been more than three years since the last update.
Weak.

Zero support
I have subscribed to this magazine for a few years and have not had any problems. I did not receive the June/July19 issue on my Ipad however, so I contacted customer support. I have now done that 3 times with no response from anyone! The issue does not appear anywhere within the app, even to purchase. This is an expensive magazine, so to be missing an issue is not acceptable! To be completely ignored after 3 requests for assistance is even worse! I will be cancelling my subscription!

App issues
This is a review for the app that manages the magazine. I love the magazine and have subscribed on my iPad since 2012. The app however is a problem. My subscription which has been paid for, is no longer valid! Issues going back to 2015 now all have price tags next to them. I should not have to pay again through the app to view something I have already paid for! Contacting the company that makes the app doesn't do any good. Watch out before you purchase!

Beware technicalities
It took more frustration the you could image to manage this subscription. I bought a subscription, and then was expected to pay 5.99 for each issue additionally! When I called MaryJanes they had never heard of me (even though I'm a sister) and then I called iTunes and they were useless

I downloaded this for my iPad and it does not open!!!! Please fix this problem. I love the magazine in hard copy so I thought I could take it with me on my iPad. Bummer!!!!

Beauty and Grace at my fingertips
MaryJanes Magazine App is as beautiful on my iPhone as the actual magazine. So happy that I can now have the option to view this whenever I need to renew myself with the beauty, common sense and grace that MaryJane is all about. Anyone who loves the magazine will love having access to this app as an option. Thank you for providing this!
