If you were having a hard time sleeping and your body just suffers with aches and pains the multi mineral evening liquid is amazing! I only like the coconut flavor… It does have a little bit of a creamy taste, but it doesn’t taste bad. I also really like the vitamin B cherry flavored droplets. I got my blood work back and for the first time in a very long time everything came back looking really good! I didn’t care too much for the daily multivitamin liquid… I didn’t feel it did as much for me. Again, if you have a hard time sleeping, or you just feel like you don’t get good sleep, definitely try that multi mineral coconut flavored liquid.
