If you were having a hard time sleeping and your body just suffers with aches and pains the multi mineral evening liquid is amazing! I only like the coconut flavor… It does have a little bit of a creamy taste, but it doesn’t taste bad. I also really like the vitamin B cherry flavored droplets. I got my blood work back and for the first time in a very long time everything came back looking really good! I didn’t care too much for the daily multivitamin liquid… I didn’t feel it did as much for me. Again, if you have a hard time sleeping, or you just feel like you don’t get good sleep, definitely try that multi mineral coconut flavored liquid.

Mary Ruth and the team take time once a month to help up to a thousand people. I don’t make a huge amount of money, but I do my best to help my husband, son, and Mom with their vitamins/minerals. Always fun to try new supplements. My boys love the immunity gummies and I love the sleep gummies (oos rn but hoping they come back into stock soon) My husband loves the am and pm liquid routine.
