Doesn’t work

I have tried MULTIPLE TIMES to reserve a trip on this app for almost a yr n can’t log in no matter what i do. I follow instructions but it doesn’t allow me to log in, therefore i haven’t been able to use it!!! I reserve trips by calling and waiting until i get an agent on the phone. This app is flawed!!! It’s terrible!
