Authentication does not work

I've been trying to sign into this app for days . As soon I I put authentication code in sent to text it just keeps saying to enter it . Why is this happening ?

This isn’t going past authentication

I can’t get it past authentication and that is a real problem you need to address. I can’t even schedule an appointment for anyone it is a nightmare. You must call in and that’s why someone has an app , so some phone calls can be delegated to only the really important calls a business may receive. But if your app doesn’t work, chaos ensues all over the business which is what’s happening. Bridget Sage
