Authentication does not work
I've been trying to sign into this app for days . As soon I I put authentication code in sent to text it just keeps saying to enter it . Why is this happening ?
This isn’t going past authentication
I can’t get it past authentication and that is a real problem you need to address. I can’t even schedule an appointment for anyone it is a nightmare. You must call in and that’s why someone has an app , so some phone calls can be delegated to only the really important calls a business may receive. But if your app doesn’t work, chaos ensues all over the business which is what’s happening. Bridget Sage

Problems
Logged in today but unable to receive the code so I can go to work. Not very happy
2FA is broken
Why have an app you can’t even log into? Every time I enter a two-factor authentication code and click “submit,” the text field clears itself. I tried deleting and reinstalling the app, and anything else I could think of. There’s no way to get past the 2FA page.
Bad app needs work
Honest review about this app when I get to The sending a code. I put the code in and it tells me that the code has expired to try to login again no matter how many times I do this on the app. It still does not log me in I updated my password when I went to the website version the website version logged me in, but when I go to the app with a new password, I put in the code and I get nothing still no expired code or nothing just blank, but still does not sign me in and leaves me where the code would have to be.

The app would have been good, especially for me being disabled and in a wheelchair that uses this all the time but for me, I can’t even get past the two factor authentication for some reason the submit button doesn’t work

The app doesn’t even let you in! Every time I reach the code to authenticate myself it never leaves that screen after I hit submit!! I wish this could be used by us social workers to help our clients, it would be super helpful!

I downloaded this app and set up a new account online because this app doesn’t open. To set up trips go to their website and book the ride there this was a waste of time and storage.

I can’t login using the app but can login using website. When I use app, after getting authorization code, the submit button doesn’t respond! I have tried multiple times, the results are very consistent, the submit button doesn’t work. Great Job!

This app won’t allow you to clock rides, won’t let you log in even if you reset password or uninstall reinstall app
