Useless application
The old application is much better versus the existing one as it doesn’t not allow to manage your recurring orders… still using the WhatsApp channel…old fashion to manage a very good brand and chances I will switch providers just for the lack of digitalization vs other market players

Terrible customer service
For the first few times my water was delivered punctually however it is ridiculous how many times I have to follow up and nobody can answer me. They ignore your messages, they say they will check your order and still nobody contacts you. Good water but absolutely terrible customer support.

resetting my password and still can’t sign in, very bad interface , very confusing categories, TOO MUCH connection errors and so many other errors . Bad servers and bad app . Don’t waste your time , just call Masafi for delivery, don’t use the App

Now with the new update you will get all the previous bugs and headaches plus they hide the bitcash account and you don’t have access to your pre-loaded balance…!!!!
Bad service
I received my order but there was 8 pack 500 ml missing and full amount deducted from my Masafi wallet, next day received 5 pack then received message deducting amount for the 5 pack which already deducted from first time, now try to call them three times to return my money back but I didn’t get any money back along with the three pack missing.

Needs major improvements. Who ever made this application should be ashamed of themselves. The interface is so slow and confusing . There is no UAQ option in the emirates , you have to choose ajman first then select UAQ area which is very stupid.
Ordered and no body arrived But…
I ordered a week ago and it said delivery on Monday, they did not deliver or call did not even reply on app live chat.
Edit: customer relations contacted me and they did an amazing job, not only that but they provided me with free bottles and a thoughtful gift to make up for the confusion that happened.. hats off for the team,

This app needs to be fixed
Everytime I order using credit card , It deducts the amount but the order does not go through their system and you cant edit or cancel, I have to call and send many emails to get my credit back !!
Can’t sign in
Tried reinstalling on both iPad and iPhone but the signing process just gives an endless loop of ‘please wait’
Home Delivery Issues
Terrible Customer service and terrible systems. I charged my account online and they never show up for home delivery, when I call they say yes the driver is coming and they never show up. They say we will call you back to tell you when the delivery is coming and they never call back. I called a week earlier then one day earlier to reconfirm my home delivery And called on the day multiple times but they don’t show up. I requested refund of the amount charged they said we don’t do refund. I don’t recommend anyone to use this company Never use this company again.
