Not the best for level of vehicle

For price of car, remote start would be nice! It’s a Tropheo after all.

Very easy to use and straightforward!

Super functional & works seamlessly. Would add a countdown/timer for the remote start function.

Kia app is better

Love my Levante but my Teluride had more options on the app. You can change the heat and AC. This is so basic

Hung Le

A bit confuse to use at first, but it gets better.

Love it

❤️❤️❤️

Capabilities need to be improved

Look at the Kia app for what an app should do for an expensive vehicle. Kia does great for a vehicle that costs much less than half of a Maserati.

Maserati

It’s perfect for acknowledging the works of my car!

Maserati Connect

I want a Maserati I already have the app.

Forgets my Face ID all the time

Keeps logging me out, but even when logged in, I have to e get the pw almost every time

Love

Love the car, love the app!

Excellent app just like car

Love the features in the app to operate car functions. It works great and reliable. App is easy to use and visually appealing. Face ID makes it easy to use functionally. So it is a combination of form and function combined just like Maserati is as a car.

Buggy and lacks core features

For a $100K+ vehicle, this app is absolutely horrible. I cannot do the following things with Maserati Connect, which I can do via the apps for my BMW and Volvo (which both cost $50K+ less new): confirm doors locked/unlocked status live, determine if doors are open, determine if windows are up or down, flash lights, open trunk, set climate control temperature prior to remote start, view VIN/service information, and create/view service appointments. All I can do is send lock/unlock and remote start commands, set certain alerts (speed, valet, boundary and curfew) and look at cryptic “health reports” which provide no substantive information aside from whether or not certain warning lights are on. Maserati provides no live status updates on what the car is doing like you get from pretty much everyone else - just commands sent into space. Remote engine start might have been “successfully sent” - if I’m not standing right next to the car, how do I know if the engine is actually running and how much time I have before it shuts off? These things absolutely count and are noticed in absentia when you spend this kind of money on a vehicle.

Maserati servers also regularly seem to be down which makes the picture of my car go away and prevents the “health reports” from updating. “Stolen vehicle alerts” is also an extra paid subscription…? For the price of the car, all features should be included for life - or at least for as long as the first owner keeps the car.

I love my car, but this app is absolutely terrible and needs a complete overhaul if Maserati expects to get away with keeping it a viable selling point.

App Not Working

Very frustrating when you first get an email to sign up. There is no sign up button. Just goes to one page with my make and test and doesn’t let you proceed. It will ask you if you want to quit, but doesn’t let you go further.

A lot of bugs

Please fix the app bugs , slow , no more notifications

Maserati disconnect

I have not had nothing but problems trying to connect Wi-Fi to my 2022 Levante Modena. I have had to deal with Maserati AT&T and now Bell Canada and still no connectivity.. It has been over three weeks now with this constant frustration.
I I sell audio devices for high-end automobiles, such as the Maserati Ferrari, Aston, Martin, and Lamborghini. I have faced embarrassment when I’m trying to display music players in my car, the Levante and lost two clients already.. these are expensive audio players, and they are supposed to match perfectly with the type of automobile they are presented with. I am extremely disappointed with this situation and I never want to deal with Maserati Connect again. No one seems to be able to correct this lack of Wi-Fi issue. I have exhausted every possible resource..

Great features

Amazing app, works, free if you buy a new car. Thanks for all the effort you guys put on it, it really speaks highly of the quality of the brand

Love my new Grecale

Excellent vehicle and app to go with it.
For future updates Id like to be able to see on the Connect app the status of of my doors and windows. My Jaguar app would show “Windows Closed or Open”
“Doors Locked or Unlocked”
Great car and supported app Maserati ! Thank you
