Horrible customer service

It takes up to two days for their system to update your plates. So after DMV gave you new plates , changed your registration document, you still have the old plates! For two days. So what do you do! Not drive. Or remove this thing that was installed by the dealer! It’s ridiculous! They can’t be that busy, 2-3 license plates. KEEP UP! I’ll never get this dumb system again! Even with the 5 year include from the dealership. There is still an anual service to activate with DMV! The dealership never mentioned that!!!!!

Worst service on the entire planet

They literally won’t do anything unless you submit customer service tickets. They couldn’t deliver worse service if they tried.

WHERE IS THE BUTTERFLY EMOJI?

Thanks.

A Happy Reviver Customer for 8 Years!

I was an early adopter and absolutely love the electronic plate. I only had one problem after about 3 years, when it would not download my new CA year tag. But they quickly replaced it with a brand new unit, that has worked flawlessly. Wonderful customer service, and followed up. I highly recommend the Reviver plate!

FAQ

What does the Reviver app do?

The Reviver app is a companion to the RPLATE®, a digital license plate. It allows you to personalize your plate's appearance with different backgrounds and banner messages. Additionally, it offers features for vehicle registration renewal, trip telematics, and assistance with stolen vehicle recovery.

What are the key features of the Reviver app?

Key features include managing the visual personalization of your RPLATE, such as switching modes and setting banner messages. It also simplifies vehicle registration renewal, provides trip telematics for locating your car and receiving movement alerts, and aids in stolen vehicle recovery by tracking the vehicle's location.

Is the Reviver app free to use?

Based on the provided information, the Reviver app is free to use. The application itself does not have in-app purchases or advertisements. The cost associated with the RPLATE® digital license plate itself is separate from the app's usage.

Which states is the RPLATE® and Reviver app compatible with?

RPLATE® digital license plates are currently available for purchase and DMV registration in Arizona (AZ) and California (CA). Drivers in these states can legally use their RPLATE® throughout the U.S.

How does the app help with stolen vehicles?

If a vehicle equipped with an RPLATE® is stolen, once reported to Reviver, the digital license plate will display "Stolen." The app then tracks the car's location, providing this information to the police for recovery efforts.
