Poor Quality Data W1
Does not track data consistently day or night. Software and watch are junk - my bad for keeping it and wasting $500+ dollars, not an “investment” in health.
App is difficult
The app doesn’t store my data. It has to connect to the watch before it brings up the data. I am constantly getting the alert that the server cannot be reached so I can’t see any of the data. There are also large holes in the data that are never retrieved. The watch and phone disconnects once they are more than 15 feet apart.

App is not working for sharing data
The overview for sharing data stopped working weeks ago. Then the trends for sharing data stopped updating and I had to constantly quit the app and reopen to see recent data from a shared user. Now the trends data graph is all distorted and data is missing in some columns it’s totally worthless for sharing data with anyone now. Please fix asap.
Also you can only pair one phone with one watch at a time. Would be nice to be able to pair 2 watches so one can charge and use the other.

Rad 97 compatibility not an option
You know it’s a shame that we couldn’t connect the RAD 97 with it’s Bluetooth to this app. It would be nice.
Data collection is inconsistent with my combination.
W1 + iPad mini, gen 5. I have been trying to track down the source of debilitating morning headaches, and I have only be wearing W1 at night. On numerous occasions, there have been gaps of a minimum of 1 hour all the way up to 6 hours. After several emails back and forth with customer service for my watch, they told me to download this app onto my android phone, and since then the data has had zero gaps and problems. It just works better on android for my setup.
