Solved a critical problem
I have gone for years taking my mask off at night and waking up without it on. This fixed all of that. I wake up refreshed and gladly endorse this app.

Game Changer
My husband, who has sleep apnea and dementia, has frequently awakened in the morning with his CPAP mask off or the hose disconnected. I was quickly running out of ways to help him use his CPAP consistently—until I came across Mask Alarm CPAP Mask Off Alarm. The app’s features include, among others, adjusting how quickly a mask removal is detected, sounding an alarm and providing verbal cues to put the mask or hose back on again, detecting when a person leaves the bed and returns with or without a mask as well as the ability to send an alarm to a caregiver’s device through a second paired device running Mask Alarm CPAP Mask Off Alarm in caregiver mode. As his caregiver, I no longer need to wake up repeatedly to check whether my husband’s mask and hose are still connected correctly. His CPAP use has become much more compliant and his nightly AHI has improved significantly. I highly recommend Mask Alarm CPAP Mask Off Alarm to people who have difficulty keeping their CPAP mask on during the night, as well as to caregivers supporting someone with sleep apnea in addition to a cognitive condition.
