In App Experience
While the book selection and authors are excellent, checkout and payment are swift as well, the in-app experience needs urgent attention. Loading books is incredibly slow, which makes for a frustrating user experience.

Excellent app
Wonderful app by Masobe Books. Best thing in the world. I can now read all the great contemporary African books from anywhere. The subscription tier system is affordable. And the UI is so beautiful. I can’t get over all these gorgeous covers!!! Welldone to the Masobe team for elevating African fiction and creativity to new heights!

Reading experience
Whilst the app is easy to navigate. I am finding the reading experience a bit frustrating.
First, thanks for releasing the Masobe app and giving everyone an opportunity to read more at a reasonable price.
The reason for my email is about my reading experience. I am currently reading ‘Boys Will Be Boys’ and I realised that some pages seem to be missing some parts of the story and you can tell with the way the page ends or when you go to the next page it is obvious so bits are missing.
I reduced the font to see if it would change anything and it did bring up the missing parts after a few tries but when I tried moving on to the next page it got stuck and I had to get out of the app. I repeated the process but it still has the same issue.
I have also deleted and reinstalled the app, still no changes.
I am currently using the app on my phone at the moment. Thought to mention this because I haven’t tried it on my tab yet and I don’t know if it’ll be a different experience.
