Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: Masobe at 71% against Book Lovers App's 34%. Masobe also leads on rating (4.4 vs 4.0) and update cadence (every 4 days vs every 2 weeks). Book Lovers App's advantage is ratings volume (148 vs 16) and iOS requirement (12.4 vs 16.1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
