Can’t book anything!
The app hasn’t let me book anything in over a week, it can’t find times for anything. Please fix it!
Horrible app
This app worked for like a few weeks and now every time I log in it tells me that there is an error and it cannot find any dates or times. Also it is absurd that it doesn’t show you how many credits you have available for your membership. The MassageLuXe I go to used to be a Squeeze franchise and that was SO much better than this franchise. It was organized, the app was awesome, you could see how many credits you had, book your appointment easily, decide what music you wanted to be listening to, if you wanted the heated table, and it showed you a image of a body and you could select to spend more time, less time or no time on each area, and at the end of your massage you could immediately leave a tip.

Horrible app
Seems my review keeps disappearing. I have written it at least 5 times and every time I come back to edit it is gone. Today I’m downgrading to a 1 one the app if I could give it a zero I would. I can’t even get sign into the thing today. I originally created my account with a link code. The app signed me out..I did not sign out it is asking for a user name but doesn’t give a way to retrieve that. I try to reset and it tells me I have an incorrect username. Absolutely useless if you cannot even sign in.
My previous issues was it it does not give you a way to know how may many hours/credits you have available…nor does it show what membership level you are already signed up for.
Seems you can’t even book a massage through the useless app. My appt got cancelled so I was trying to book a massage and kept being told it could find time slots no matter what I selected. What a pain…especially after fighting with the app to log in with my saved information. Get the app working properly!

THIS APP SUCKS
And the local franchise cannot help AT ALL!
Good In theory, bad in practice.
App is good initially. Can book appointments that the store may or may not call and tell you isn’t a real time slot and as others have said, is missing the functionality of knowing my credit hours.
My current issue is the app is recycling the same error of not being able to log me in based on missing location information somehow. App has access to location, have been restarted, uninstalled, deleted, and every solution I can think of like using a onetime code and trying a new password. The app has no ability to contact support and app store’s app support just directs you to the website that says to contact your local store. There is zero viable support for app functionality.
