Can’t book anything!
The app hasn’t let me book anything in over a week, it can’t find times for anything. Please fix it!
Horrible app
This app worked for like a few weeks and now every time I log in it tells me that there is an error and it cannot find any dates or times. Also it is absurd that it doesn’t show you how many credits you have available for your membership. The MassageLuXe I go to used to be a Squeeze franchise and that was SO much better than this franchise. It was organized, the app was awesome, you could see how many credits you had, book your appointment easily, decide what music you wanted to be listening to, if you wanted the heated table, and it showed you a image of a body and you could select to spend more time, less time or no time on each area, and at the end of your massage you could immediately leave a tip.

Horrible app
Seems my review keeps disappearing. I have written it at least 5 times and every time I come back to edit it is gone. Today I’m downgrading to a 1 one the app if I could give it a zero I would. I can’t even get sign into the thing today. I originally created my account with a link code. The app signed me out..I did not sign out it is asking for a user name but doesn’t give a way to retrieve that. I try to reset and it tells me I have an incorrect username. Absolutely useless if you cannot even sign in.
My previous issues was it it does not give you a way to know how may many hours/credits you have available…nor does it show what membership level you are already signed up for.
Seems you can’t even book a massage through the useless app. My appt got cancelled so I was trying to book a massage and kept being told it could find time slots no matter what I selected. What a pain…especially after fighting with the app to log in with my saved information. Get the app working properly!

THIS APP SUCKS
And the local franchise cannot help AT ALL!
Good In theory, bad in practice.
App is good initially. Can book appointments that the store may or may not call and tell you isn’t a real time slot and as others have said, is missing the functionality of knowing my credit hours.
My current issue is the app is recycling the same error of not being able to log me in based on missing location information somehow. App has access to location, have been restarted, uninstalled, deleted, and every solution I can think of like using a onetime code and trying a new password. The app has no ability to contact support and app store’s app support just directs you to the website that says to contact your local store. There is zero viable support for app functionality.

Can’t log in
Been waiting forever for an app! 2026 what took so long. But the app doesn’t work.
Latest update doesn’t allow for login
This app is so frustrating, whatever update they pushed it continues to error out and not allow me to login

Easy booking
I was having trouble setting up my account, reached out to my local spa and they were able to help me get logged in. Easy booking, can purchase gift cards, loving this app!
Not worth it
Not only was it extremely difficult to set up this app, I was told I could cancel my membership and make changes through the app. None of this can happen. I will be deleting this promptly.

Love this App! I updated my app to the most recent version and have not had any issues!

Followed the instructions precisely. It won’t save my verification code and password. Just a waste of time until they fix it.

There are apparently a lot more problems with this App once you get it to function at all. I just talked with staff and tried a work around that didn’t work.
Best to just skip this App and call in.
FYI, I have a vendor that could probably fix this mess fairly quickly. Reach out to me if you’d like to use a simply excellent company to pick up the pieces of this mess. (I would not have a financial interest in this, I just hate terrible Apps.)

Booking my appointment was easy and fast. Glad they got this rolled out. Excited to see how it evolves

Useless app
Was forced to switch to MassageLuXe when my massage location changed branding. Waited a year for an app to be available, and it’s useless. The links to the account don’t work, so you can’t even manage your account through the app. Not worth your time.
Frustrating app
Can’t get the app to connect to my account. Tried with 3 different client codes. My Massage Luxe location checked all my information which was correct but they couldn’t get it to work either. No contact information to seek technical support. Very poorly done.

Needs Improvements
App crashes repeatedly on home screen. It is absolutely missing most important information about membership usage and balance.
Credits and Sorting
Lacks ability to sort upcoming appointments that are already booked. And as important as well: no information about active credits. Partially disappointing.
Additional feature needed
I know this is a new app, however, for those of us with memberships it would be nice to see our credits available.
