I love the food at Massis! Are you here three times a week try the fish. My favorite is the Gyro plate! The wraps are great too. Best hummus I’ve ever had.

Perfect each time. Food is always reliably great. Never had any issues with service. Love the ambiance also. They’ve done a great job.
We are not satisfied
My family were in Glendale location but that was our second times the foods were not good . The chicken was very tough and the lettuce was not fresh. Also the chicken kebab was not cooked well , inside of chicken was pinky.

Worse Customer Service
Who runs this place, worse customer service ever! Placed order and waited for 30 minutes, asked what was going on with my order and nobody knew.
Rewards cannot be applied in app only in person

I used to order by calling in now I just use the Massis App to order delivery. It’s the same price as in store - I also use it when I’m shopping at the Westfield in Topanga I use the ASAP button and it’s ready when I show up.

Sweet App
I order the same items duting the week for my lunch break and its super easy to pick it up. Also used the delivery for a weekend party and it was much cheaper than using Grubhub. Same prices as their store menu.
Horrible. Not functional.
I tried this app after using their website through a few different browsers. It would not recognize my password which I had just created. Then the site would not allow me to purchase. So, I downloaded this app when I got to the counter, thinking that it would be better. Nope. No matter how many times I entered my credit card and checked it carefully, it would not allow me to pay. This is some of the worst user experience design and functionality I have ever seen. Their food is great, but the app and website are horrible.

Ordered food while shopping
Busy weekend and the line was long so I used the Massis app to order and got my in about 10 minutes.
Incredibly easy to use!
I have used many different apps for restaurants and I have to say, this one is by far the easiest to use with a fantastic layout. Now I can get my favorite kebab in a quick and great app!

Delivery Added in Update !
I love that I can now get delivery directly from the Massis Kabob App. Much cheaper than going through DD or Postmates app. Got a text that my food was on the way and was able to leave instructions for contactless delivery.

Great food! I really enjoy going here and the food is always great. So far no bad experience what’s so ever. I will continue eating here until I get tired of it. The app is great but I would like to see the rewards scan be accessible in the wallet app. So we won’t have to be accessing the app just to get it scanned. Other than that the app works smoothly.
