i really like this game honestly , been playing it on my smaller iphone , i would give it a better rating but the lack of a joystick kind of removes the spell of the game for me ,
but aside from that the game is fun , just needs an update that enhances the app / experience …🤷🏽♀️

This game sucks
Will not let me level up the first hospital. Is there anyway to level up the first hospital so I can move on? If not I’m going to delete it. I have 4 out of 16 stars on level 1 but can’t get any further.
