i really like this game honestly , been playing it on my smaller iphone , i would give it a better rating but the lack of a joystick kind of removes the spell of the game for me ,
but aside from that the game is fun , just needs an update that enhances the app / experience …🤷🏽♀️

This game sucks
Will not let me level up the first hospital. Is there anyway to level up the first hospital so I can move on? If not I’m going to delete it. I have 4 out of 16 stars on level 1 but can’t get any further.

So, I made it all the way to the second hospital, and then when I got to a certain point, it wouldn’t let me update the hospital, even though I still had several things left to update. can you please fix?

I can’t get past the first level. There absolutely nothing to do. I deleted it and redownloaded it and it’s still doing the same thing.🤦♀️

It only goes so far on each Hospital and then you can’t go any further, you cannot level up and then it gets boring and I will have to delete.

Se ve que está entretenido pero solo me dejaba atender 3 personas y ya no me apareció comprar más camas, espacio etc… solo atiendes 3 personas y junte alrededor de 3k y ya, así que me aburrió
