Rip-off
Absolute rip-off. Canceled my partner’s and my $30 referral rewards for no reason after we both sent $500 to Nepal. Customer service (agent Jade) couldn't give a single valid reason or T&C clause we broke. On top of that, they didn't even refund my full amount—I paid $471.49 and only got back $470.03. Shady, unethical practices. Use a different remittance service that doesn't skim your refunds. Avoid!

Very disappointed with MasterRemit. My account was put on hold, and even after providing the documents they requested, the verification process has taken far too long. Customer support has not been helpful, and the lack of clear communication has been frustrating. I understand security checks are important, but the delays and poor updates have made this a very stressful experience. I hope they improve their customer service and verification process.

Wasting time
It the fifth day and my transaction is not sent, send id and said you are all good now the call me back after one day saying you can verify. I hate this app absolutely time wasters
