Worse service ever
I normally don’t write reviews but in this case I felt obligated. This company has been the worst I have ever dealt with not only at the customer service people rude and hard to understand but I urgently tried to get to a friend of mine gave them what they required gave me no explanation just simply cancel my account and then refunded the money of what went wrong.
Save yourself the time and hassle and go they don’t deserve to be on the App Store.

Unable to sign in after update
I got No replies to my support request email. I had an account but after the update, I cannot login. when I try to use my email and says it’s a new account and when I try creating account with the email and my phone number it says number exists in system so its a deadlock and there’s no way I can get in I would appreciate if you could. address this issue.

Rip-off
Absolute rip-off. Canceled my partner’s and my $30 referral rewards for no reason after we both sent $500 to Nepal. Customer service (agent Jade) couldn't give a single valid reason or T&C clause we broke. On top of that, they didn't even refund my full amount—I paid $471.49 and only got back $470.03. Shady, unethical practices. Use a different remittance service that doesn't skim your refunds. Avoid!
