App not working unable to redeem coupon balance every day showing daily limit exceeded

Tokens redemption problem.
It’s has been almost 2 months there is error during tokens redemption.
Withdraw problem
When I withdraw my tolens it showing error of daily transactions limit even I dont able to withdraw my tokens

When i am redeeming the token its showing that daily limit exceed …… my main purpose of downloading this app was getting money of your reward taken by asian paint…. But i am able to redeem due to this error.. from the day I downloaded
