Reasonable App
It works well mostly due to incredible customer service at the office. Simple to use and response time to questions are fantastic. They all deserve raises.
balances not updating
balances aren't updating for several days despite app reloads, logging off, and logging back in. no update in app store.

Exceptional app
I cannot even begin to tell you how incredible this app is. It is like I have a private teller with me at all times. It answers all my questions. Takes my deposits. Checks my balances. I can even ask for a loan.
Fraud
I had fraud committed on my card recently and the issue wasn’t resolved properly. In the end I had to pay more money after it was taking from to cover the overdraft fee. I was not aware that my account was set up this way in the first place. Now I’m out around 300$. This is unacceptable and I have not had the best experience with Matador in the past few years.

Great credit union
I have been a member of the Matadors Community Credit Union for over 20 years. The staff is friendly, easy to talk to and helpful with any questions I may have. I also had a few auto loans with them and the interest rates are very competitive.
forced update broke the app
an update was required, now the app is completely broken. can only do banking from a website now.
Community banking
I LEFT BIG BANKING,a few years, ago due to the lack of transparency and corruption (boa and wellsfargo)after 32yrs, I was just a # to them.came back to credit unions,.as a young man and employee I joined (bobs big boy) credit union) it was a GREAT DECISION. A few years ago I can back and choice (MATADORS CREDIT UNION)GREAT DECISION.THERE IS NOTHING THIS BANK CANNOT DO COMPARED TO BIG BANKS, nothing!!!!

Easy To Use
I’ve been with Matadors for many years, I have no complaints whatsoever, the app can use some basic upgrades but it does the job and I am happy with them.
