This app is a waste of time ..
Nature abhors a vacuum
Signed up for this over a year ago and have left availability on for almost entire time. In florida tampa bay with a large radius covering over a million population. Set price competetively. Have had ZERO inquiries. I’ve been an lmt for over 25 years and 20 of them in this area. I doubt anyone even uses this service in my area.
Company support is non existant. I contacted a few times to ask for some basic demographics- some of which i can understand why they wouldnt want to share but other bits seem perfectly reasonable. Like how many people use the app in my area. How many other therapists am i competing with.what are others charging. How many appts are fulfilled per month in my service area. Etc etc. Bet you can guess the response. Yup. Crickets. I am going to delete the app as i need the space on my phone for productive things. Too bad as i felt matago’s business model was much better than zeel.

App not working
Waste of time. The app not loading a map location so you will stop at the first page and the tech support can not help you at all.
Can’t even get through the first setup
I’ve tried to work with this app, even contacted customer service about the problems I’ve encountered to try to give some feedback so they would hopefully fix it. I have a new phone so it has nothing to do with my end, and I can’t even get through the initial first page to even get started. I give up, and the developers don’t care, I guess.

So far works great!
Once I was approved ... which takes a little time but no more then a day! i simply Built my profile and set my times and days I could work. Easy guys!! No cost to the MTs!
