What happened to this game?
Update July 2025 - once again there was an update that has destroyed the game. Half of the game was saying āno internet connectionā for 2 weeks. So it was āfixedā and by fixed, now the entire game says no internet connection. So frustrating.
Update July 2024 - every time there is an update, the game completely is unplayable. And customer support is useless. Iām done. This used to be the best game. Ever since it was sold, it has gone downhill. Since February, it has been glitch after glitch. So many team members have given up and left. 2 weeks ago, all daily challenges disappeared. Now the weekly challenge is gone. No new levels (supposedly 5 new levels a week, but they are old levels masquerading as new). Customer service never responds. What is the point of this game?

No iPad support
I agree with other players. This developer has yet to fix the āno internetā issue on the iPad so players canāt play the team event called Geneās Star Chase. If they canāt be bothered to fix it, then I guess I canāt be bothered to play it.
Four years of playing
Helloā¦ I enjoyed this game very much for four years. Last month it froze at 5 percent for a whole week awaiting support to respond. Finally EVEN though my game was saved.. I opened the app to find myself level one different player. So then I looked for my team and I was still there as Dew Drop Inn. So after 31 support tickets with automated a team member will get back to you.. a month later I am still not fixed after their glitch. Now I know there has to be a tech support so I am wondering why they donāt care or explain the situation.

Problems
Iāve been playing this game for years and if you need technical supportā¦nothing. The game wouldnāt load for several days, and as in the past I would redownload and everything was good. But this last time it didnāt bring me back to where I was and I contacted support several times and canāt get a response. Other team members have Same complaints. They donāt seem to care.

Levels trapped behind paywall. Too many pop ups. ANNOYING ads.Reviews Blocked. Donāt waste your time
There are certain levels you can only pass with a purchase. When you get free power-ups for 3 minutes it is immediately followed by 7 pop ups that keep you from using the power-ups in time. The pop ups happen entirely too frequently. Any time you watch an ad you have to exit out of it 3-5 times before it goes away. Usually after the first attempt to exit the ad it instead opens the app store. So then you have to exit out of that, and then a little timer pops up that you have to wait for before you can exit out of the ad. If youāre super lucky clicking out this 3rd time will work. But usually it reopens the app store. Canāt just click the āXā once. Tried to write a review on the original game I used to play (Best Fiends. Not Fiends Stars) and it kept telling me that I couldnāt write a review because the app wasnāt downloaded on my phone even though it currently is. Seems like a way to avoid bad reviews. Donāt waste your time with this game.

Why did you take off the game of the best fiends clicker. I really miss that game. Please add it back
Still problems
I truly do love this game. But Iāve had problems with it after I played it for a couple years. I was unable to get any progress in one of the parts of the game. Spoke to Support and they told me it was my phone and my iPad. Over the next year I replaced both products. And it still doesnāt work. I have tried to call Support and they still donāt give me any support. But I still play the game.

Can you update the design?
Good but needs a few adjustments
I rated this four stars because the game very nice but I would like to have more accessibility with the characters because you can only see their info and level but It would be better to be able to switch stiles, It also would of been nice if there was some skins. Next I would like to be able to replay past levels because once you complete them you cannot replay the level to improve your score. Lastly it would be helpful to be able to buy some of the characters early on and also have a wider variety of bombs, other than that this game is awesome keep up the good work.

Constantly says not connected to internet when I am and game is so slow
Too many issues
This game used to be very fun to play but there are ongoing daily issues that make it horrible and frustrating. Not sure if there are new developers operating the game but I would encourage you to stay away from downloading
Connection Issues
Personally throughout the levels I love how thereās some little details brought from the old best fiends and with added extra details.Another positive is how u have to collect gems in order to evolve the fiends and also better improve their skill/ability whether it be bombs,converters and the 2 new ones of rockets and collectors
That said one major issue is the connection issue.Even upon the start of the game despite my connection being near perfect,the connection message pops up saying I must be connected to join a team.This means that I canāt join a team even if my connection is perfect,but it gets worse.
Again in the middle of around level 140 or some sort the same message will pop up saying I must be connected,however my connection is perfect.
The worse part and the determining and unfortunate factor resulting in a 1 star rating is how after beating level 300,I canāt even play as that same connection box pops up saying I need to be connected - this time saying I canāt continue the game if Iām not connected.I went as far as contacting my ISP,and having people come and check in on my connection confirming it was completely fine AND I reinstalled and replayed the game to 300 about 3 to 4 times with the same box popping up saying that I have to be connected.
If the connection bug at level 300 and the team issues arenāt solved,this game barely remains a 1 star from me.
Please fix this issue aswell because I hold lots of love for the best fiends game,Iād hate being unable to play a game with potentialā¦

I love this game but Iām getting ready to delete it I play it even if it says Iām not online Iāve fought for this for a long time and still play because I really like it. Now Iām getting sick of the videos getting longer and longer to gain rewards sometimes itās at least five minutes what is going on

No connection
I am connected to WiFi yet I canāt open game. It keeps saying no connection. This has happened numerous times over the team chest event. Still no connection from Thursday October 31. Emailed and put in numerous requests to game not reply
