Rip off!
I paid to get shut of the adverts and then I bought a Gold Pass which said it was a one off purchase.
Now it’s saying to buy ANOTHER gold pass.
I have tried contacting the help centre through the chat facility but had no response whatsoever!
UPDATE- It’s now 27 July and there has been absolutely no response from their help centre OR the email I sent them a week ago!

В мастер турнире постоянно соперник бот, сколько не набирай, он обгоняет в любое время суток. Это неприятно, потому что баланса в соревновании нет. Стрелка умножения уже запрограммирована на результат, как не нажимай. Однажды висла реклама, и нажимать заново пришлось несколько раз, каждый раз на одном и том же уровне результат был х1,5. Стрелка то проскакивает после нажатия, то останавливается сразу. Пытаются обмануть своих игроков.
Реклама на 3 минуты одно и тоже по кругу.

Спасибо за ваш подробный отзыв. Нам жаль, что участие в турнирах и работа некоторых игровых механик вызвали у вас недоверие и разочарование. Мы понимаем, что ощущение нечестного соревнования или предсказуемых результатов может негативно влиять на удовольствие от игры. Также приносим извинения за проблемы с рекламой и её продолжительностью — это действительно может быть очень раздражающим. Ваши замечания по поводу турниров, множителя и рекламных объявлений будут переданы команде для дополнительной проверки и улучшений. Спасибо, что поделились своим опытом.
It is not relaxing!
I have been playing this game every morning while I drink my coffee before work. I’ve done this for YEARS-at least 10! It has become very frustrating because the insane amount of time given for a board loaded with items is not winnable! To make it worse, I can try a hard game 3,4 times and I won’t get credit for playing that day. I know this because I play in the evening also and I see I didn’t get credit after having played in the morning for over 30 min and my day streak is at still at zero. I see this a lot!! Other times, I notice I don’t get credit for playing that day unless I win a level and often, not even then! I’m don’t know what is going on but it’s not fun or relaxing any longer. I don’t play as much any longer and I am considering deleting it. I’m getting up in age and I would like the ability (as other games allow) to choose the difficulty of the game to actually relax enjoy playing.

Ad Bombardment
This game is timed but the ads at the bottom of the screen keep popping up while you’re playing. This used to be an enjoyable game but now it’s one ad after another which keeps you from any progress in the game. Greedy and disgusting!
