Wasted money to remove ads
I recently downloaded this app, and it quickly became one of my favorite ones. I wish there were more of this type, where you sort items in boxes, instead of simply matching. However, today I paid $4.99 to have ads removed, since there are *way* too many of them…well, that money was completely wasted, because all of the ads are still there!! This is theft. The other thing is, when the second part of each match asks you to sort *dozens* of items in under *one minute’s time*, it becomes impossible, and therefore no longer relaxing. Lives are wasted, and it asks you to spend more money. I am done. This app is permanently deleted on my device. :(

Ads Still Playing
Match & Sort 3D is one of my favorite game apps to play, I play it a lot. I recently purchased the starter pack for $5.99 why is it still playing ads at every level. This issue is very frustrating. I contacted Apple support about this issue but they were unable to resolve my problem and suggested I contact the developer which is not easy because they only want to talk to people who are submitting their games. I just recently had an issue where the game would not advance to the next level, I updated my iPad, rebooted my iPad and rebooted it some more to no avail. Apple was unable to assist me finally I made the ultimate sacrifice and deleted the game and lost over 25,000+ coins, lost all my progress because I was up to level 1,900+ trying to get to level 2,000, I also paid to have the ads removed which at the time was working that’s why I’m confused why it’s not working now. Please help me with this issue or refund my money and I will delete the app and no longer play this game or let me know if it cannot be fixed.
